An app I created, designed, deployed to App Store – a pivot from Radar (another app I created, designed, deployed, won pitch contests for, and got an interview with YC about). Circa 2019 (pre-LLMs). It was an app that made making plans with friends as easy as answering 3 quick questions – the app handles all the rest of the planning and back-and-forth. With very little marketing, I had about 1000 users and 30,000 App Store views in NYC and SF. Users liked my cheeky “Soft Cancel” feature, in which plans would be canceled only if both parties secretly tapped the Soft-Cancel button. Marketed primarily to people who make in-person plans with strangers on dating apps.
